A sudden decision made to go all the way down to Putrajaya just to shoot some hot air balloons. This is the first hot air balloon event being held in Putrajaya and my friends and myself didn't want to miss this opportunity. It was a rather rush trip having said that we need to catch a bus down on Friday night and arrived at KL early in the morning and straight away proceeded to the venue to shoot.

We reached there a little early so we walked around before the organizers started to inflate the balloons. With the first balloon being inflate, we hurried across the field and started taking our shots.



The morning crowd was still bearable as compared to the evening one where every place was crowded and you can hardly find a place to stand and shoot. In fact, Khai Keat and I climbed through the cage just to step into the field to shoot the balloons upclose. It was in the morning sessions that I was able to get most of the shots. Surprisingly, it was quite nice to take shots of the patterns inside the balloon as they were really colorful.



After some mingling and preparation, one by one the balloons started to take off Weee.... they rose up high into the air and progressively you can see them moving further and further away. Wonderful isn't it?



Well, it was a tiring trip but then, it was worth while and it's a great experience
